Send the form — any time, day or night. Add a photo of the door or the broken part if you can; it helps us bring the right spring or cable on the first trip. We answer forms during business hours. If you send one on Friday evening or over the weekend, expect our call on Monday.

- Far Rockaway — from Beach 32nd Street east to the Nassau County line, including the blocks around Mott Avenue, where the A train ends.
- Bayswater — the streets on the Jamaica Bay side, developed by William Trist Bailey starting in 1878.
- Wavecrest — around the Beach 20s, near the Wavecrest Gardens apartments.
- Edgemere and Arverne — just west, including the newer homes of Arverne by the Sea.
- Rockaway Beach, Rockaway Park and Belle Harbor — along Rockaway Beach Boulevard toward the west end.
- The rest of Queens — by appointment, over the Cross Bay Veterans Memorial Bridge.

- Whether you heard a bang — that usually means a spring.
- The opener brand if you know it (the name is on the light cover).
- A photo of the spring area above the door or the bottom corners, taken from a safe distance.

Hours and coupons
Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Closed Saturday and Sunday. Two coupons are available: 10% off repair and 10% off new installation. Repairs carry a 3-year warranty and installations a 5-year warranty.

Can I visit your shop?
No. We come to you — service calls are by appointment only, with no walk-ins.
What should I include with my request?
Your name, phone, neighborhood or ZIP, what the door is doing, and if possible a photo of the problem taken from a safe distance.
Do you service commercial roll-up gates?
Yes. Commercial service calls start at $75 and rolling gate repair at $275.
